For us, it is fundamental to support our islanders and anything we can't provide ourselves is supplied by local farmers.

We will plan a short, variable menu, always with fresh, seasonal produce, which will allow us to create exquisite dishes, based on market availability and the imagination of our chef.

Thanks to our Hangi oven, we use age-old methods, blended with modern techniques with a cosmopolitan approach, in order to create a very personal experience. We are confident that we will satisfy both locals and overseas visitors alike.

Our greatest achievement will be to surprise you, by reminding you of the flavours created by your parents in your family home, those flavours which are no longer easy to encounter.
